The Workmens Compensation Commission awarded Willie Gooch compensation for injuries sustained when he was shot by one Jones, a jealous husband who, entirely mistakenly, thought Gooch was having an affair with Mrs. Jones, and Judge Macgill, sitting without a jury in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, affirmed. The employer and insurer appeal, claiming that the injury neither occurred in the course of the employment nor arose out of the employment.
