Appellants James and Patricia Chapman, sellers under a real estate sales contract, appeal the trial courts judgment in favor of the buyers, appellees Doug and Eleanor Olbrich. Based on a unanimous jurys findings, the trial court exercised its equitable powers to award the Olbrichs specific performance on their contract to purchase real property from the Chapmans. The main issue on appeal is whether there is legally sufficient evidence to support an award of specific performance to the Olbrichs. We conclude that there is legally sufficient evidence to support the trial courts grant of specific performance. Because the Chapmans other issues lack merit, we affirm the trial courts judgment.
